Like the “bad” submission to NGC we saw late last fall PCGS shared one with us as well.  This group includes some varieties we haven’t detected yet, and the “S-139” just this week (June ’16). Thanks again to PCGS for alerting EAC to another “sinister” group of coppers!

The “list” consists of 1803 & 1806 “1/2 cents”, “S-136”, “S-139”, “S-140”, “S-152”, “S-161”,“S-189”, “S-236”, “S-257” and “S-270”; these are all well documented with high resolution pictures including the PCGS “cert” numbers (they actually don’t exist in the PCGS on-line data base). Ironically the submission didn’t include “S-158”.
